Skyreach LLC (“Skyreach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at skyreach.io and provides business system services to local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

By visiting skyreach.io, booking a call, or texting us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Information you give us directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you book a discovery call via Calendly or contact us directly.
  • Business name, industry, and any information you share during a call or intake form.
  • Payment information processed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site, referring URL) collected by Vercel, our hosting provider. This data is aggregated and not personally identified.
  • IP address and browser type collected as part of standard server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls.
  • To communicate about your project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • To send transactional SMS messages (appointment reminders, project updates).
  • To process payments for services.
  • To improve our website and services based on aggregated usage data.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, ever.

3. SMS Communications

Program name: Skyreach SMS

By providing your phone number and texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Skyreach LLC at the number you provided. Messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations and appointment reminders.
  • Project status updates and questions about your scope.
  • Follow-ups after a discovery call (if you initiated contact).

Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month, depending on your project stage.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Help: Reply HELP to any message or email us at admin@skyreach.io for assistance.

SMS messaging is provided via Twilio (twilio.com). Your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform subject to their Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with any other third party for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each handles data under their own privacy policies:

  • Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting and edge delivery. May collect basic usage analytics.
  • Calendly (calendly.com) — discovery call scheduling. Collects your name, email, and any form inputs you provide when booking.
  • Twilio (twilio.com) — SMS delivery for transactional communications.
  • Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Skyreach does not store payment card data.
  • Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery for receipts and project communications.

5. Data Retention

We keep your contact information and project records for as long as your engagement with us is active, plus 3 years after project completion for accounting and legal purposes. SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preference.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP or emailing us.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@skyreach.io. We respond within 10 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and managers who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
